The Black Realtors Association of Canada is excited to announce that we are seeking 2 new board members to join our esteemed team.

Who We Are: The Black Realtors Association of Canada is a thriving non-profit organization committed to promoting diversity, inclusion, and excellence within the real estate sector. Our mission is to empower realtors of Black heritage, foster professional growth, and advocate for equitable opportunities.

Your Role: As a board member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our association and making a positive difference. Your commitment will involve approximately 3 hours per month, contributing your expertise and insights during regular meetings. This commitment may increase to 5-7 hours during event planning and execution.

Qualifications: To be eligible for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

• Live in Canada

• Actively licensed realtor in good standing

• Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of the real estate community
