Who We Are: The Black REALTORS®️ Association of Canada is a thriving non-profit organization committed to promoting diversity, inclusion, and excellence within the real estate sector. Our mission is to empower REALTORS®️ of Black heritage, foster professional growth, and advocate for equitable opportunities.

Your Role: As a board member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our association and making a positive difference. Your commitment will involve approximately 3 hours per month, contributing your expertise and insights during regular meetings. This commitment may increase to 5-7 hours during event planning and execution.

Qualifications: To be eligible for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

• Live in Canada

• Actively licensed REALTOR®️ in good standing

• Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of the real estate community
