Kaylin Smith's journey is a testament to her resolute commitment to driving positive impact across diverse spheres. Her academic trajectory commenced at the University of Toronto, where she embarked on a dual degree path, immersing herself in Political Science and Business. During her tenure at the institution, Kaylin demonstrated leadership as the President of IMANI: The Black Students' Alliance and actively participated in various student organizations, including the Management and Economics Students' Association.

Kaylin's immersion into the realm of real estate commenced immediately post-high school when she assumed the role of Property Manager Temp at Brookfield Residential. This pivotal experience equipped her with invaluable insights into real estate, igniting a fervent passion for the industry. Simultaneously, she entered the financial services sector, accumulating over a decade of experience.

In 2006, Kaylin marked a substantial milestone in her real estate journey by acquiring her first property, heralding the initiation of her career investing in real estate. Her professional trajectory continued to evolve and she later transitioned into the real estate sector, leveraging her financial acumen for success. Over nearly a decade, her primary joy and passion became facilitating real estate transactions in the Greater Toronto Area and downtown core.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Kaylin boasts a distinguished history of volunteer work with organizations such as TIFF, Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation, Women in Film and Television Toronto, and MLSE, underscoring her unwavering commitment to community involvement.

One of Kaylin's central business interests revolves around the empowerment of Black professionals and the creation of opportunities for Black wealth-building. She is a fervent advocate for diversity and inclusion within the real estate industry, diligently working to dismantle barriers and cultivate a more inclusive environment in which Black professionals can thrive.
